Deadlines and other details

The deadline for submission is March 15th, 2023.

The authors of the selected papers will be notified by May, 22th, 2023.

Discretionally, the Scientific Committee could ask selected authors to translate their work into Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Style guideline for the proposals

Should be composed in Microsoft Word, single-spaced, Arial 12 point font.
Summary of proposal (300 words or less)
Abstracts will be published as they were submitted.
The abstract should not include tables, charts or photos.
The title: should be in bold capital letters.
Must only appear the last name in capital letters and the initials of the author / authors (maximum three) separated by a comma. If more co-authors put “and colbs”. (Ex, GOMEZ, J.C., DIAZ, M.C., PEREZ, C.A., et al.)
Underline the author who will present the work.
If there are authors from different organizations, institutions or societies, highlight the institution to which each author belongs, as well as the city and country of origin.
The abstract should include: Objectives, content and conclusions.
The author(s) should identify no more than 5 keywords for its electronic search.
The abstract can be sent in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

 

Abstracts submission instructions

If authors belong to different IAAP groups, each one of them must identify their group and the country from he/her came from.
If you do not belong to any established group, you must indicate the country from which you are sending the abstract.
Indicate the “thematic area” in which you would like to include your proposal.
Indicate the “topic” in which you would like to include your proposal.
Indicate if your proposal belongs to round table, workshop, poster or forum.
Each abstract must be submitted in a separate file.
Abstract should be sent with the name of the first author followed by the number 1 if that author submits more than one abstract and then the initials of the thematic code to which it belongs (eg GOMEZ 1 EJE 3.doc is equivalent to GOMEZ, work n ° 1, Clinic and Psychotherapy.)
