REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration for Papers Submission authors
We can attend registrations in instalments if you request so at the Secretariat provided full payment is in effect before each deadline. Please write to the Secretariat info@clapa-jung2023.uy
Payments in local currency at CLAPA in Brazil and SUAPA in Argentina are still valid.
General Registrations and other Categories
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND REGISTRATION REIMBURSMENT
You can cancel the registration and request a refund of the corresponding amount for payments from 2022 as per the following conditions:
- Until June 30 – the amount paid will be reimbursed with a 20% discount for administrative procedures.
- From July 30 until September 24 – 50% of the registration fee paid will be refunded. Within this period you can transfer your registration to another participant,
- From September 25 – no refunds will be granted.
Notes: All applications must be sent in writing to the Administrative Secretariat of the Congress (info@clapa-jung2023.uy). Refunds will be processed after 30 days Congress finishes.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND REIMBURSEMENTS FOR REGISTRATIONS, HOTEL BOOKINGS AND TRANSFERS
Cancellation deadlines for hotel bookings:
Up to 31st July – hotel cancellations can be made with no penalty
Up to 10 September – 1 night hotel booking will be charged
As from 30th September – total hotel booking will be charged or for “no show” at check in date.
Note: The Organization has blocked a certain number of rooms at the Radisson Hotel, Congress venue, as well as at other hotel categories at walking distance. This blocking is at promotional rates but subject to availability if not booked within the time frame specified above and as from 10th September the blocking will be released.
Hotel Payment terms:
Payment through the congress website together with registration: Payment through the congress site options or credit card guarantee for at least one night booking or for the total stay. Payment of one night or full stay can be done together with your registration through the Congress website by Paypal, bank draft or other options.
Payment at the hotel at check out : Hotel booking balance if paid one night with registration or full payment can be paid at check out but in this case a credit card guarantee is needed. Please ask for form in this case. Credit card guarantee will be charged in case of not compliance with the cancellation dates stated above.
